Product experiments

The product ideas came from repeated workflow failures.

After working through data quality, access analytics, referral logic, and automation, I kept returning to the same product question: how do clinics see the operational leakage that usually stays invisible until a patient drops out?

ClinicRelay

I built ClinicRelay around a simple observation: clinics can lose patients before care begins, through missed calls, weak follow-up, poor inquiry tracking, and fragmented front-desk workflows.

The product direction is an audit first, not a generic chatbot: identify leakage points, turn them into improvement opportunities, and then decide what deserves automation.

Output: clinic-facing audit flow, opportunity backlog, and automation roadmap.

Clinic front-desk leak audit

The service-improvement lens behind ClinicRelay: identify where inquiries, follow-up, and conversion drop out of the patient journey.
